Corrections and concerns

Our complaints process

We take clear, evidence-based concerns seriously. This process covers content and conduct on BrittelRegency.com, not disputes managed by external platforms.

What you can raise with us

You may complain about an inaccurate statement, an unfair or unclear comparison, an undisclosed commercial relationship, accessibility difficulty, privacy concern or conduct by our editorial team.

We can only investigate matters connected to BrittelRegency.com. Account access, platform decisions and third-party service complaints must be directed to the relevant platform first.

How to submit a complaint

Email contact@brittelregency.com with “Complaint” in the subject line. Include:

  • The page URL and the specific text or feature concerned.
  • A concise explanation of why you believe it is wrong or unfair.
  • Supporting evidence or a reliable source where available.
  • The outcome you believe would resolve the issue.

How we review it

  1. We check whether the complaint falls within our scope.
  2. An editor examines the published material and available evidence.
  3. Where necessary, we seek clarification from the relevant contributor or external brand.
  4. We decide whether to correct, clarify, remove or retain the material.
  5. We explain the outcome by email where a response is possible.

Fairness and corrections

We do not remove accurate criticism simply because it is inconvenient to a featured brand. Equally, we will not retain a claim that credible evidence shows to be materially wrong. Corrections aim to be proportionate, clear and made without unnecessary delay.

Privacy complaints

If your concern involves personal information, explain what information is involved and what action you are requesting. The principles that guide our response are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Urgent safety issues

Our complaints inbox is not an emergency or live support channel. If you need immediate help controlling play, use a platform timeout or self-exclusion tool and contact an independent service listed on our Responsible Play page.
